I’m looking for someone (ideally aged between 20 and 28) to fill a room in a two bed flat from the 5th August in Wimbledon.

It is a lovely and bright furnished flat, which was redecorated last year. It has an open-plan kitchen and lounge that leads out to a terrace. The bedroom is a good size & comes with a large private bathroom. The flat also has amazing views across London.

Location 📍
The flat is really well located: just a 8-minute walk to a large Lidl & Home Bargains, a 15-minute walk to Wimbledon Park tube station, and only 8 minutes to Haydons Road train station with direct trains to central London - great for commuting or heading into the city.

Rent🏡
The rent is £1,100 per month (including council tax - band D), plus bills. The contract is for 3 months, but there is flexibility, so we can discuss different terms if needed. Proof of income will be required.

Living Situ😊
You’d be living with me, a 22 year-old female working in Marketing. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of people’s space. I'd also love to become friends with the person I live with!
