Cozy Room in Wimbledon 5 minutes walk from Station

Hi!

Our current flatmate is unfortunately going travelling, so we have a double room becoming available at our flat in Wimbledon. The room is bright and airy, with a window that gets plenty of sunlight overlooking the garden.

The flat is fully furnished, including a comfy couch, flat screen TV, PS4, and a garden we go out in to play cards over a glass of wine in the summer. The flat has a large park (Dudley Park) right outside our front door, and is situated on quiet street while also being a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon station, supermarkets, bars & shops. We also have a weekly cleaner.

In terms of who we are, I'd say we're a fun household; we don't take ourselves too seriously. We like to laugh and joke together, we go on nights out together, and occasionally sit down to watch a tv show. At the same time, we respect each others privacy and have times when we chill on our own.

You'd be living with me, an actor working part time in property, and Dylan, a successful drag queen and retail assistant. We like going out to events, dancing, painting, & working out.

Council Tax is included. Bills are not, tends to be £50 - 70 each every 3 months.
