There's a massive Sainsbury's within 10 min walk, smaller supermarkets, street markets, butcher's are within 5 min walk.

The flat has all amenities such as washer, dryer, dishwasher. The flat is decorated with plants, pictures, posters, so will look even better when you come for the viewing.

This is not a party house but you of course may invite your friends over for dinner etc as long as other roommates are also cool with that. Hopefully you will vibe and become friends, have occasional dinners and watch movies while also have our own separate lives. That way the flat will have a feeling of a good house and not a hotel.
