I am looking for 1 mature, responsible, working adult, for a rental period for at least 6 months... any other time period may be negotiable.
I am the owner of the house (female), but I am away the majority of the time. Especially in the winter months

Great Location for trains to Victoria and London Bridge as well as good bus network to all areas of London. West Norwood Train station and West Norwood Bus depot and Gypsy Hill train staion are just a 10 min walk and the nearest bus direct to Brixton is at the end of the road. Parking on road.

Places of interest include Brixton Market, Crystal Palace, West Norwood and it monthly Sunday Street Market as well as a well served Gym close to the train staion and many local cool cafes and bars/Micro bars which are springing up all over!! And of course Norwood Park at the back of the garden.

The house is equipped with TV, wi-fi, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, GCH. Street parking. Also plenty room at back of house for a motorbike/ push bike.
I am the Landlady. I am in UK in the summer but works all over UK so you do not see me very much!!, but mostly abroad in the winter.
No pets.
Smoking ok, but not in the house.
Bills included (CT, TV, water). Elec & Gas & W-iFi not incl. You split bills for these.
