Double room in young professional flat share in WK

Short let for 1 month, tenancy ending on August 17th at the latest. If you want to stay for less time we can work something out.

Fully furnished double room available in a friendly flat share with 3 other young professionals.

The flat is in a great location with only a 3-minute walk to West Kensington tube station and mini supermarkets across the road.

The room includes:
• Double bed
• Large wardrobe
• Desk (Chair if needed)
• Bedside table
Access to two shared bathrooms with a washing machine/tumble dryer and a large open-plan kitchen/living space with a large TV.

The current flatmates are 1 couple (who work in IT and chemistry research) and 1 friend (who is a teacher) and we enjoy the occasional movie night with a takeaway. We are looking for someone who is friendly and clean.

Bills and council tax are included.

On-street parking is available with a permit.
