The flat is managed by Grainger, who are more than happy for somebody to start a new contract with them as we need to leave ours early. They have been really responsive and super helpful throughout our tenancy. This is a one bed flat with separate spaces for bedroom, kitchen, living area, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The flat comes furnished with all essentials (bed, mattress, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, fridge). We'll be taking some of our furniture with us, but please send a message if there is anything in particular you'd like to keep and we can negotiate. Shared common area outside, with wonderful neighbours (respectful, quiet and friendly!).

The building is privately owned by Grainger and everything is super easy to manage. Very private ground floor flat, with bedroom window looking into the garden rather than the street. Road is very quiet and peaceful - you get to be in the centre of London yet escape the hustle and bustle of the streets when you are at home. 

This is a wonderful flat and a great home for a couple. We are devastated to have to leave and relocate for personal reasons. Looking for a single professional or couple to move in as soon as possible.
