Our mews house!

💰 PRICE: £875 + £75 to cover all the bills.

🏃‍♀️ AVAILABLE: From July 20 to August 20.

🤗 GOES WITHOUT SAYING: open to all identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities.

🏡 HOUSE: We're in a private gated mews and we have 2 gardens! A front garden which is perfect for sunny brunches, and a back garden which we use for BBQs etc. There's a large living room with lots of space for yoga etc. and a good size kitchen - with every herb and spice you can think of...

🛏 SET-UP: A double bedroom with space for a small desk and a clothes rail - and a small cupboard you can use in the corridor. You share a bathroom with one housemate - as Trahearne and Katie who also live in the house have an ensuite. There's also a guest toilet downstairs.

🌱 LOCATION: Super central. You can generally walk/cycle to most places. We're a 5-10mins walk to Lambeth North/Waterloo station, 15mins walk to the Southbank, and a 30mins walk to Covent Garden. Lower Marsh/the Cut is around the corner - lots of awesome places to eat, grocers, coffee/bars etc. and the National Theatre/BFI/The Old Vic are all nearby.

🍟 INCLUDES: Mattress and bed, and the rest of the house is pretty well-equipped so you probably won't need to bring much. We have fast wifi and good kitchen equipment, including a nutribullet which gets lots of use! (Fresh fruit cocktails 😍 )

📦 STORAGE: We also have a garage which we use for storage - bikes, suitcases etc.

👯‍♂️ HOUSEMATES: There's 3 other housemates, working professionals (also amazing chefs - Trahearne's miso brownies....). We're a social house but are also respectful of eachothers space. We keep the place clean and tidy - and we have a cleaner which is included in the rent.

🛏️ 2ND ROOM: We have a 2nd bedroom available for the same dates which shares this bathroom - so if you are coming with a friend or prefer to have the bathroom to yourself - you are welcome to book both rooms!
