Double room in Battersea, next to Wandsworth Town

I will be moving out of my room on the 10th August as I am moving in with my girlfriend. It’s a great 2 storey house with a garden and parking spot located only 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town station, and 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction, as well as close to bus routes and southside shopping centre.

The housemates are lovely and happy to socialise, we have been a number of T20 games together and gone to the pub on occasion. I have really enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave, the location is fantastic with lots to do locally.

The room comes furnished with everything in the images apart from the desk and chair, although I am happy to part with these. So please do let me know. There is also a bedside table we stored away.

The house has a washer dryer, upstairs bathroom as-well as a down stairs wc. Boiler is newly installed in January.

Bills are around £80 - £120 a month.

I am happy to be flexible with the move in date give or take a week so please let me know.
