Double room in big house

Hi all!

We’re a house of 4 looking for a girl to join us as sadly one of us is leaving.

Great location in wandsworth on a quiet street, a short walk to Southside Shopping Centre (which has a lidl, Waitrose, Primark, Boots, massive Sainsburys, Poundland, and more!), multiple bus stops to Wandsworth Town, Clapham Junction and Putney all within a few minutes walking distance. There is also street parking available if you require for an annual fee.

We’re looking for a friendly professional female, aged 27-34, preferably doesn’t work from home full time, and is happy to help contribute to garden maintenance and cleaning schedule. Please only apply if you’re looking for a long term rental (12+ months).

A little about us, Emma works in finance, Bex in fashion and Courtney works in healthcare. We all get along really well and want to find someone who enjoys spending some time together but can appreciate we all live seperate lives.
We respect that we’re all on different work schedules so the house is usually pretty quiet, and will be looking for a like minded individual. Please note, this is not a party house.

The move in date is the 5th of August, rent is £734, deposit is £750 and bills are approximately £110 (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, cleaning pot, and then tv licence is approx £10 each every 3 months). These may fluctuate in the winter depending on cost of living. All bills will be due by the 1st of each month.

If you needed to leave some items at the house between moves, this can be arranged!

The room is on the second level between the main bathroom and another bedroom.
We have a lovely garden, conservatory, 1 main bathroom, large kitchen, large living space and dining room, we also have a basement that can be used for storage which is a huge bonus in London.
