August Sublet in Gorgeous 2bed Queer Flat

August sublet in LGBTQ+ household from June 29th - August 25th (£1150 including bills)

Stunning 9th floor views. Right next to Walthamstow Central Station. Great connections on the Victoria Line and the Overground too.

Very light and spacious 2bed 2bath flat, with living room, open plan kitchen, big balcony, and your own bathroom (in the hallway). Also 2 lifts in the building so you never have to climb the stairs! A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and airfryer live in the flat if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

Room is furnished as shown - but I will clear room on the clothing rack, drawers, etc for you. Bed linens and towels provided if needed.

My lovely flatmate - Sarah, 38, queer woman. Really sound and solid person. Cool to hang with! Works in advertising, wfh 2 or 3 days a week but from her room. Likes walks, brunch, coffee, roasts, a good pub quiz at the local (queer friendly) pub, and going out occasionally. Values cleanliness, and so do I! It’s a nice place, we like to keep it that way.

Some flexibility with the dates (will pro-rate ££) but priority will be to people who mutually vibe with Sarah and can take it for the longest period.
