We are 2 queer artists (Cloud NB22 sewing teacher & Tom M24 Drag artist) looking for a 3rd flatmate to join our house share in Walthamstow. The house is a 15 minute walk to the Walthamstow Market, 5 minute walk from Blackhorse road Victoria line and overground station, 20 minutes to central London via tube. Neighbourhood and neighbours are delightful, a wonderful vibrant area. Current flatmate is in the process of moving out so please try to look over the move out mess in pictures.

Location: 5 minute walk from Blackhorse Road tube station (Victoria Line & Overground)

Rent: £900 per calendar month not including bills
Move-in Date: End July / Start August (sooner if u need, current flatmate will be out in the next 2 weeks)
