Walthamstow double

A double room is available for short term let in a new build flat in Walthamstow, big bathroom (will have it to yourself).

5min from St James Street (Overground) and 10min from Walthamstow Central (Vic line).

Really nice new furniture and tech, and I’m attempting to keep plants alive too. The rooms set up for someone who is staying for a few weeks, max. a few months.

The areas lively, we are off the road in a quiet green area but not far from stations, restaurants, pubs, shops, gyms and the market.

Walthamstow wetlands, the marshes and St James St park are all within walking distance. Good running routes.

I work full time in critical care research and spend a lot of time seeing friends. I moved here last year so I’m just getting to grips with the area myself.

There is a concierge and secure bike storage. Also that’s my friend in the photo not me! Sadly no nice photos of me on the terrace!
