Spacious double room with private bathroom

Hey there! I'm looking for a friendly and easygoing housemate to share my spacious flat in Walthamstow starting from the end of August/beginning of September.

The spare double room is unfurnished but big enough for a bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc. Plus, you get your own bathroom, so plenty of privacy!

The flat is nice, airy, and modern, and it's super well connected transport-wise! It's just a short 5-minute walk to Walthamstow Central where you've got both the Victoria Line and Overground, making it really quick to get to central London. It’s 20-30 mins to King's Cross/Oxford Circus on the Victoria line, or 20 mins on the Overground to Liverpool Street, passing through Hackney.

We’re on a quiet street with permit parking, and the block of flats has a shared garden at the back with sheds for secure bike storage. Bills are pretty reasonable since it's a modern flat and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. :)

The living/kitchen area is fully furnished and great for chilling or hanging out. I like watching TV in the evenings but also love going out for drinks and having friends over, especially on weekends - the party can often go on quite late! I work from home most days but head to the office 1-2 days a week.

I’m looking for someone sociable who doesn’t mind having people around after nights out (I love hosting my friends!) and might join in on the fun sometimes. If you're into music, culture, having a boogie, and enjoy a mix of socialising and privacy, this could be the perfect spot for you.
