Double room available in Walthamstow

Double room available for rent in st James street in Walthamstow available from the 15th of July. Rent is £950 per month and paid on the first of the month. The flat is situated within a 3 minute walk of St James Street overground station, and a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station (Vicky line and overground). The area has lots of cafes and cool graffiti and has “the crate” which is similar to box park. It’s a really vibey place to live with great connections to central London.

You would be sharing with me, 28 year old female working in dementia research. I’m super chill, really sociable but also respect peoples personal space. I’ve lived with friends for the last ten years so I’m not too bad to live with I promise! - if you enjoy a spicy marg then I’m your gal! I also love to bake and as part of my second job have to bake a lot so you’ll be well kept in breads, cakes and biscuits!

The room itself is a double room and is currently unfurnished but I have furnished the flat with my own furniture. However, if you would prefer to buy your own bedroom furniture please let me know.

The room is available for a long term let and currently has a 6 month break clause that can be enacted in November.

As I haven’t officially moved in yet I only have photos without my furniture.
