All rooms are let on an assured short hold tenancy agreement of 6 months, and includes gas, electric, water and council tax. The single monthly payment saves the hassle and large additional costs involved in renting a full property. A custodial government tenancy deposit scheme is used for all deposits. The rent is to be paid by standing order at the commencement of each month.

Tenants should be educated young professionals in full employment, able and willing to provide full credit reference checks.
