Hi
I am looking for a new flatmate to join me. The flat is located 5 mins walk from Victoria station. Currently, the a room is available and it would include sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room space alongside me. The flat is undergoing refurbishments but works will be completed before August. I am looking to move with you on the 10th August.
As works are still underway, there are no pictures, but can provide a video as I have seen the flat.
I am looking for a flatmate who is tidy and friendly. I will be working from home on most days and hence I would appreciate someone who is respectful when I am working.
Lastly, you would need to a be working professional as you would need to complete a reference check as per the property management's requirements.
