The flat is modern and renovated, fully furnished. We've found it to be very spacious for 2 people and it works really well to have such a large kitchen and living area. The living area has a desk as well as a TV.

🛋The room for rent is the smaller room but it still has a full triple wardrobe, a desk and chair and a chest of drawers. There's some storage in the living room if you need it. There’s one shared bathroom you’d be sharing with me.

📌Location wise - we're Zone 1, very close to Vauxhall tube station (~7mins walk), as well as Oval and Kennington (both around 10-15mins walk) and right next to good bus links. Also, we’re very close to Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, which is great to have some green space nearby. I've always felt safe in the area and there's a lot to do.

Rent is £1150 p/month and bills are never more than £150 p/month (including Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas and Wi-Fi.).

Please note you must have a UK based guarantor to move into this property.
