My studio room is located at Urbanest Vauxhall
- £400 per week (all bills included), minimum £380 pw if you can cover 90% from 15th July to 7th September.
- Have to pay the rent in once
- comes with own washroom and own kitchen with new furniture
- Faces the Thames river
- 5 mins walk from Vauxhall (Victoria line)/Nine Elms (Northern line) tube station and bus station
- 3-5 mins walk from supermarket, whole-floor Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco express, 2 Asian supermarkets.

Can officially subletting the room by King’s residence platform if you are King’s postgraduate student now.
