This flat is in Zone 1, a 10-minute walk to Vauxhall train/tube/bus station, as well as a 10-minute walk to Nine Elms, Oval and Stockwell tube stations, plus a range of bus routes. Large Sainsburys, Lidl, Coop, Tesco Express, pharmacies, etc, are all in walking distance. The River Thames is a 10-15 minute walk away (nice for strolling along), and we have the choice of both Vauxhall Park and Kennington Park nearby.

👭 About us - we are two 27 year old girls. Naomi works as a landscape designer for a charity, Nina also works for a charity as a trust fundraising executive. We love a bit of arts and crafts, cute mini dinner parties and buying flowers.
👤 About you - you are also in your mid-late twenties / early thirties, kind, clean, respectful and love a chit chat. Sorry, no students or couples. Nina dogsits from time to time, so being a dog lover is a plus! You are ready to move in on 1st August!
