Student Private Accomodation - North Lodge

My name is Ashan and I was a student at Staffordshire University London, I've decided to drop out and need to find a replacement tenant for a private student accommodation room in Unite North Lodge in Tottenham Hale.
It is a Premium range En-suite and you will have 2 other roommates in the flat to share a kitchen with.

The rent will be £250/week for 50 weeks.
The Room is available from 21st September 2024 to 14th September 2025
This room is for full-time students only.

You will be 2 minutes away from Tottenham Hale station, where you can catch both the International trains to either Stratford or Liverpool Street, and you have the Victoria Line as well.
Furthermore, across from the station, you will find Tottenham Hale Retail Park, where you can find various shops and restaurants. For example, Lidl and Iceland (for cheap shopping!) As well as having a Tesco Express and Asda Express just around the corner.
