Tooting Broadway Room 🏠🏡

I’m sadly leaving my double room in Tooting Broadway, available from mid August 2024 🏡

We’re looking at arranging viewings on Sunday 23rd June 2024 and the following week (w/c 24th June 2024).

Rent: £900 + Bills (approx £75 inc. council tax). Contract runs until 8th August 2025.

7-8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line access into London).
There are a number of supermarkets within walking distance including Aldi, Sainsbury’s & Tesco, as well as multiple bus routes into central London. There are also plenty of pubs, bars & gyms within walking distance also.

Rooms: You will be getting two rooms for the price of one! The bedroom itself contains a double bed and you will also get a second room which can be used as a wfh office. Currently there is a large desk, clothes hanger and bookcase in the room.

The house has an open plan spacious kitchen/living room area, with a toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom upstairs.

You'll be living with Molly (28) & Matt (28), both full time professionals who split their working week in office & WFH.

Molly has been living in the house for the last two years, and Matt will be moving in in July. Both are really friendly who are looking for someone who will enjoy a social trip to the pub together, as well as someone who enjoys doing their own thing as well.
