We have a cosy double room available in a lovely Tooting Broadway house share with a big garden!
The house is well-located and only a 10min walk to Tooting Broadway underground, a range of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.
You would be living with myself, Chris & Aoife - all friendly professionals. It's very much a home rather than just a place to stay, so we're looking for a friendly and social housemate.
The rent is £720pcm and bills are around £80 - £100.
Both rooms are available from 1st July and you will be signing a 12 month contract.
The room is available from 1st July, however this can be flexible.
