It's with huge regret as I'm going abroad for work that my lovely room will be available from the 13th of June.

As you can see from the pictures, the house has been recently renovated so everything is brand new, including brand new carpets and all freshly painted. The kitchen/living area has all appliances & laundry facilities (including a tumble dryer) and a dining table that doubles up as a pool table! There's also a lovely outdoor space, again recently landscaped.

The bright large double bedroom includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside cabinet and a king size bed with one of the most comfortable memory foam mattresses I’ve ever slept on! Plus there is under bed storage for any additional storage needs. The room is out the back of the house overlooking the garden so it's very quiet. 

The other housemates who are all legends and I will without a doubt be staying good friends with. All are working professionals and have a mixture of working in the city and working from home, however, those that do work from home have their own office space. We all respect each other’s space but have also become friends and we will also have dinner, drinks or a trip out together.

This is most definitely a home over just another house share and landlord has worked hard to ensure we have the right people living here. I am currently the only female living in the house but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to another woman to move in. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 others, and I’ve not once had to queue for the shower! If a room was to be available when I return back to London I wouldn’t hesitate to move back in.

The location is less than a 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station on a quiet residential street but still close to all the hustle and bustle that Tooting has to offer. There's also a gym right across the road.
