A double room is available in a flat in Tooting Broadway.

The flat is off the high street where you have access to Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots etc.. but it's located within the neighbourhood, so it's quiet.

Tooting Broadway tube station is 8 mins walk, access to buses is easy and Tooting train station is 10 mins walk.

The flat is on the first floor with access via stairs and it's two floors. The room is on the first floor along with the first floor bathroom that you will share with Chris, who lives in the other room. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor.

The room is large and spacious and window overlooking the garden.

You’ll be living with Chris 26 who works in Marketing, Maeve 29 who works in recruitment, and Luke 29 who works in real estate.

Bills are approximately 65 including tv, council tax, gas, water, internet and electricity.
