Hello!
I'm moving out of a spot in Tooting Bec to move in with some long term mates in early July. The house is newly refurbished with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden, living space and sizeable kitchen. You would be living with 3 other great lads who are all very clean and sociable (aged 25, 25 and 30). The house is very spacious and you’d have the top floor room which comes with an inbuilt wardrobe, a bed, a sofa and tonnes of storage space.
Room available from July 19th until April 2025 and there is the possibility to renew then - let me know if you are interested as I’ll be taking viewings immediately.
The postcode is SW17 8SF, about a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station and 2 minutes from the nearest Tesco, Lidl or pub. The road itself is a side street so is really quiet compared to other places nearby.
