Large double room available in Tooting

Our housemate is moving out so his ground floor large room has become available!

The room is at the front of the house, on the ground floor with a bathroom that will be mostly private as there is another upstairs. The three current housemates (Jess, Freya & Aoife) are upstairs and share the upstairs bathroom.

The room comes with a double bed & mattress - the desk and drawers are available to make offers on.

The house has an open plan kitchen/living room, with access to a garden. The house is in a great location - about 6 min walk to Tooting Bec station on the Northern Line and great access to pubs, parks & restaurants.

About the housemates (in photo order left to right):
Jess is an exhibition designer, who is in the office Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Jess enjoys running, reading, the gym & cooking.

Freya is an event manager, who is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Freya enjoys reading, cooking, documentaries & wine.

Aoife is a Senior Health Coach and Project Lead, who is in the office Monday mornings, Wednesdays & some Thursdays. Aoife enjoys running, reading, pastries & all things Irish.

We love to hang out as a group, whether it be watching a documentary together, having group reading sessions or going for a walk (followed by the pub)!
