Double Room Tooting Bec - end Sept - long term

Looking for interest in someone to join my home at the end of September (26.9.24) for a long term let.
2 bed flat with large garden, large kitchen and seperate living room.
I am a lovely cafe manager and training as a counsellor. I currently live with my friend who is moving out after 3.5yrs, I have a 9yr old pug who is the best company. I love cooking for others, watching TV, making clothes and enjoying craft beers at the local pubs. A comfortable, friendly, open household is most important to me.
I really enjoy hosting dinner and garden parties.

Rent is currently £1150 PCM plus bills (average bills are £150-200 a month) but will be subject to review after 1 year. A full credit check and contract will be required by the estate agents and I am only interested in a serious long term letter. Deposit TBC but assume average of 1 month rent.

Room will be unfurnished bar a wardrobe, but a bed and or other furniture may be able to be organised with the landlord. Space for desk so ideal for WFH. All other furniture in the property is my own, however it would be our home so more plants and furniture welcome.

30 second walk from Tooting Bec underground station and Sainsbury’s local, minutes from great local pubs and Tooting Common and Lido, Balham and Tooting Broadway. A fantastic location!
