Your bedroom

Hello, I am looking for one lovely person to move into the flat I am currently renting. My current flatmate is moving out to go travelling so I am looking for someone new!

The room
- Double size bedroom
- Furniture included; bed, wardrobe and chest of draws x3
- Private bathroom (across the hallway); shower, bath, toilet and sink

The flat
The flat is within a very quiet gated community and is on the top floor of a small apartment block. In terms of the communal areas between the two of us, there is a kitchen, and a joint dinning area and living room. There is a Juliet balcony and access to a shared garden. The  property is also only a 10 minutes walk from Tooting Bec underground.

About me
I am 26 and have lived in London for a couple of years. I work as an Executive Assistant and go into the office about three days a week. On the days I work from home I work from the dinning room table and you'd be very welcome to join me too. I go to the gym and run multiple times a week, I love travelling and try to go abroad as much as possible, I am a veggie and have recently grown a love for house plants! As a house mate I am very tidy, clean and sociable. If you'd be open to a glass of wine and a takeaway evening every now and again we'll get on just fine! 

About you
My ideal house mate would be another female, between the ages of 26-30 and has a similar work schedule to me. Someone who likes a good chat, is tidy, clean and pulls their weight around the flat. I'd like to be friends as well as housemates, but also someone who appreciates each others space and has their own social circle too.

I also want to mention that if you're someone who prefers to sit with multiple jumpers and coats on during the winter in the living room rather than putting the heating on we're not compatible housemates.

Rent: £1,200 pcm
Bills: Approx. £200pp pcm
