Room available in a four bedroom house in Tooting

🏡 A double room is available in a 4 bedroom house in a gated community which makes us feel super safe. The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There is space for a desk in the study or in the living room. The house has lots of space with a big kitchen, living room and a lovely garden. There is a family bathroom shared between three and a downstairs loo.

📍 The house is located 5 minutes from Tooting Bec station and is located close to the high street.

👯‍♀️ We are three girls who met on girls who rent aged between 23 and 25 who work in the real estate industry. We all have our own hobbies but we also enjoy spending time together as a house.

💃 We are a sociable and clean and are looking to find someone who wants to be friends with their flatmates but also likes their own space. We would ideally like a female young professional who is a similar age.

‼️important information:
- You will be taking over a contract in early August with the tenancy ending on the 28th August 2025
- The rent is £985 + bills which are under a £100 each a month. The rent is paid monthly
- There is a £1000 deposit and your move in date would be in early August.
