Hello!

We're looking for a housemate to move into this lovely flat in Tooting! It's less than 3 minute from the Tooting overground station where you can get to Blackfriars / City Thameslink / Farringdon within 30-35 mins! Tooting broadway underground station is about a 15 mins walk away OR Colliers Wood is about 12 mins walk.

The house is completely refurbished (with no previous occupants!) It has an amazing south facing garden - perfect for BBQs in the summer months :) It has 3 bedrooms in total and 1 shared bathroom between 2x rooms. It will be partly furnished with all the main things; bed, wardrobes, sofa etc!

Rent is £1,100 excluding bills (although these should be around £100 pcm between all of us - TBC)

A bit about the housemates;
There is one couple in the ensuite master bedroom. One person is a pharmacist and the other works in finance. Both are usually in the office most days. The other person is also a pharmacist working in a hospital. The house is very social as we all know each other from Uni. We're looking for someone who's sociable and likes spending evenings watching TV, chilling out, going for drinks etc. Tooting has so much to offer!
