Double room with desk for 6 weeks (25 Aug - 6 Oct)

I am looking for someone to rent my room for 6 weeks (26 August to 6 October). I'm a professional female sharing with a sociable, tidy 35 year old male professional for the last 2 years. You will be sharing with him. He works in London Bridge with a couple of days a week from home. Although he works long hours, he loves going out in Tooting and surrounding areas.

Our cozy 2-bedroom apartment has a shared living room, bathroom and small garden. It is located within 5 minute walk from Tooting overland station with links to Wimbledon and central London. It is also a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, Tooting market and the buzz of central Tooting. St Georges Hospital is 15 minute walk away.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. I will remove all my personal belongings and leave only the furniture for you.

The £900 monthly rent includes bills. We are looking for a sociable single person who likes to go out and explore but prefers a calm, peaceful home environment.
