Lovely room available by Tooting Common

Hello!

Our lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for a new housemate to fill a double room in our gorgeous 4-bed house right by Tooting Common.

It’s a large house with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a kitchen, large living room, and a garden. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It’s £750 a month and bills come to around £160 a month (this includes paying for a cleaner once a fortnight).

The house is a 15 min walk from Tooting Bec and Streatham is only a short walk away. We're also just under a 15 mins walk from Tooting National Rail station.

About us: we’re three girls, all working professionals. We've all lived in London for a while, enjoy hanging out in the evenings but also respect each other’s space. We're looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy between the ages of 27-33 to join us.

The room should be available from 7th August.
