This lovely double bedroom is available in a four-bed house share. It is on the second floor and has 2 large wardrobes, space for a dressing table etc. The occupier of this room also has use of a small room opposite the bedroom that is currently used as a wfh office.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly young professionals (one female, 2 male) who enjoy cooking, sport, Netflix, pub quizzes and meals out. There’s plenty of space across the rest of the house as there is a separate lounge, large kitchen/dining area, patio and garden. There are three bathrooms in total and the occupier of this room will share a large bathroom (including a bath) with one other housemate. Street parking is also available (permit).

The house is on a quiet residential street, less than ten minutes walk to Tooting Bec tube station (northern line), a few minutes walk to Tesco/Lidl and plenty of good pubs and other amenities! Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec Common are also a short walk away.

Bills are split equally and we benefit from Wandsworth having the cheapest council tax in London!
