Lovely room near surrey quays/ Goldsmith Uni

Hi,
I am Julia. I am current housemate of this beautiful house, however I am sadly moving out due to changing job. I have lived here for 2 years.

The room is an en-suite, it comes with its own shower! The room is available from 1/8-14/10, with opportunity to continue the contract if you like it.

There are 2 postgraduate student in Goldsmith and 2 young professionals in the house, and we want to find 1 person to fill my room from 1st of August until 14th of October. If you like it and want to continue to live here, it’s open to you to renew the contract.

We would like someone friendly, clean and respectful.

The house is 10 minutes walk from surrey quays station, and it’s near Goldsmith university.
20 minutes to Canada water station: Jubilee line and overground.
It’s 15 minutes walk to Big tesco and surrey quays shopping mall. It’s also 15 minutes walk to Southwark park.
It’s only a 5 minutes from Lidl!
