The flat is based in a modern new build complex in marine wharf. It has a great open plan living/ kitchen space. The kitchen is modern, and the flat has all the amenities you need (microwave, dishwasher, washer/ dryer). The living space opens onto the wrap around patio (which we has outside furniture to to enjoy the summer sun). It also joins onto a private garden for the tenants of the flat complex, which is great to sit around when the sun is out. The flat is well insulated, meaning we haven't needed to turn on the heating much at all throughout the winter as well.
Great location based in the complex of Marine Wharf, approximately around 10 minutes walk away from Surrey Quays/ Canada Water Station. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets including Tesco and Lidl. On your doorstep, the apartment complex has a tesco extra/ coop, independent restaurants/ cafes, hairdressers etc.
The complex has a concierge service and has access to a gym which you just need to pay an induction fee for, otherwise its free! I love the location for going on runs along the Thames, and you are only 30 minutes walk away from Greenwich or Rotherhithe either way.
You would be moving in with my current flatmate Ali (28 years old), who I have been friends with since University. He is currently working as a project manager for a healthcare start-up company, and mainly works in the office. Ali is great to live with, he is tidy, loves to socialise and enjoys going out to the pub or for food. He's also really into his team sports. He loves this flat, and would be happy to consider staying longer behind the end of the tenancy at the 1st February.
We are looking for a fun, outgoing working professional to move into the flat, ideally at the beginning of September (I can be flexible on these dates). Ideally looking for someone who is sociable and tidy. The prospective tenant will need to be willing to pass a referencing check with the letting agent as well.
