Only 5 minutes walk to Surrey Quays station and 15 minutes walk from either Bermondsey station or Canada Water Station. The house is located right next to Southwark Park, which includes a gym, a running track, tennis courts, a cafe, a garden, a lake and an art gallery. The area is pretty much residential and very quiet, given the fact that we do not live next to any major road. You will be sharing the house with two males and two females tenants who get along really well.
