Quiet double bedroom in Streatham hill

Hello,

I’m Anne-Sophie, French, 33, architect and yoga teacher.
I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent a double bedroom.
The flat is well connected to Streatham Hill station, Balham or Brixton.
The bedroom has a good size, with built-in wardrobe, ottoman bed, large window (back of the house), so really quiet.
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat, with 1 bathroom, living room is away from bedroom. The kitchen is small so you won’t have the space to cook feast.
I’m an active person, running a business + 2 sides jobs. I work from home half of the week and I’m looking for someone who will go to the office some days. I’m not a night owl… so I would prefer someone who ideally matches that.
Also, I have a really friendly dog who sleeps in a crate in the living room and he is really well trained so he will respect your boundaries if you need.
