Double room in beautiful home in Streatham Hill

Hello hello :)

My name is Madeleine and I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom in this lovely two-bed flat in Streatham Hill.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, mattress and built in storage including two wadrobes.

The flat:
The flat is a lovely large space with a kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom, two bedrooms a paved garden and a cellar which is a perfect place to pop your bike if you have one.

The area:
Lots of cute coffee shops, an excellent house plant shop and plenty of cute bars/pubs as well as easy transport to Brixton, Tooting, Clapham, London Bridge and Victoria.

Travel:
The flat is just a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station and a plethora of buses go from just at the end of the road (a 2 minute walk, if that). It is also very close to Brixton, Balham, Tooting Bec and Streatham Station, all of which are a short bus journey, or about a 20-30 minute walk away (with the exception of Brixton which might be a bit of a longer walk).

Me:
I work in a gallery and in my spare time I am a competitive cheerleader (which means I have training at least once a week and the odd competition weekend away). I enjoy pottery, painting and getting stuck into a woodwork project. This does mean that I can be rather handy around the house! I am clean and tidy and clear up after myself :)

When I am not working on little projects at home, I like to catch up with my friends (usually at the pub, lets be honest).

It would be great to find a flatmate who would be keen to share a glass of wine, a catch up and some trashy TV now and again amongst the inevitable bustle of London life.

Financials:
The room is £900 per month and would need a deposit of £1,150 (SpareRoom has weird restrictions on this).

Bills are on top of the rent and these would be split and managed between us. At the moment, they are approximately the following:

Council Tax: £79
Water: £22
Total: £186 each
