Hi there,
End of a contract coming up and starting movements looking to fill a room as current housemate moving on to pastures new.
The flat is set over two floors with an open kitchen/lounge on the first floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on the second. Garden out back shared with the other four flats in the building. On a quiet side street off the road that goes through Brixton and beyond. Loads of buses, that weird London Bridge to Victoria train from Streatham Hill that seems to stop at all the places you've never heard of in SE London. Walking distance to Balham. Loads of open spaces (Brockwell park, streatham common, tooting bec common) within walking distance.

Into reading, films, music, cooking, hiking, etc. Standard stuff really. Am quiet and respectful but up for sharing a meal/drink, watching films, etc on occasion. All my plants are dying so green fingers a plus. I'm trying to not make this sound too much like a dating profile but would ideally have a good fit. No tories, etc.

The bedroom available is the larger of the two at a decent size with lots of storage available within and it faces the garden. There is also no one above this room so is quiet.

Monthly bills are about £150-165 p/m during winter and a fair chunk less at the moment.

Standard letting agent bullshit like annual salary having to be 30 times a months rent (£24k), if self employed have to have been so for a year.
