We’re looking for 2 housemates for our 4 bedroom house! ✨ 20th July ✨

THE HOUSE
It’s a modern end-of-terrace house literally 3 minutes away from Streatham Common station, which is only 4 minutes on the train to Balham or 20 to Victoria and London Bridge ( but the trains run every half an hour)
Sainsburys local a 3 minute walk away and larger Tesco/Aldi/Sainsbury and The Gym are within 10-15 mins 🙂

THE ROOMS
- Room 1 ( First floor) available from the 20th July.
- £786.50 pm (starting from 1st July)
- £290 (remaining 11 days of June)
- £825 Deposit (payable to tenant moving out)

Room 2 ( Top floor) Master en suite bedroom with bath available from the 20th July.

- £858 pm (starting from 1st July)
- £315 (remaining 11 days of June)
- £871.15 deposit (payable to tenant moving out)
- £300 for bed, desk and bedside table and chair
- £871.15

EXTRA COSTS
Bills come to around £85 per month
And £15 which covers WiFi, Tv licence, contents Insurance, and council tax.
Total - approx £100

ABOUT US
You’ll be living with myself (26) and Akshay Patel (25)
I work as a freelancer doing creative projects, and Akshay works in Journalism. We’re both extremely chilled out, and enjoy chilling together, watching TV, going for drinks, doing a monthly hike with friends, and having deep life chats 😂 Of course we also enjoy our own space too and would love people who are on a similar vibe, ideally aged between 23-28.

If you and a friend are looking together, that would be ideal!

BORING BITS
Here are the following documents that need to be provided for the landlord:

- Proof of employment
- Proof of Income
- Reference from previous landlord

The house runs on a rolling contract, so you’re not tied down, but if you want to leave, you would have to give 2 months notice to the landlord.
