The flat has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious common area with a modern kitchen/living room area, inside a new build just above the Tesco Extra in Streatham High road. It is 1 minute walk from Streatham station, taking you to central London in 35 minutes. There is a gym in the leisure centre less next door, resident parking space, and plenty of transport links.
The current tenant is a 29 year old female who works in central London, so the flat is perfect for someone working from home.
I am going away for the summer so I am looking for a clean, respectful, tidy tenant (preferably female) who will take my room with the possibility to extend if all goes well.
