Lovely studio flat in Streatham for short let

The studio flat is available for 2 months, between 4th August and 4th October 2024.
It's a good size studio flat with separate kitchen and bathroom facing a big garden (the garden is in common with the other neighbours but there is also a private patio). The bed in the flat is a comfortable sofa bed. All bills (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax) are included in the price.
The flat is located in Streatham by Streatham Common, a green and quiet area 10 minutes away from Streatham Station by walk. There are trains to central London (Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Farringdon, King's Cross, Kentish Town...) every 15 minutes up to midnight and to London Bridge every 30 minutes). It's also a well served area by bus (frequent buses to Brixton, Central London and to Liverpool street).
I am looking for someone trustworthy and respectful cause I will leave all my belongings there and because I am responsible for anything that happens in the flat. So being respectful, cleaning and taking care of the house are essential.
