- We have lived in this lovely luxury flat for nearly a year. One of my flatmates decided not to renew the tenancy due to job relocation. We hope to find another tenant to take the smallest room.

- please note that because the building is next to the station, although with double glazed window, the sound can go through from the air duct, so we do not recommend highly sound sensitive individuals.

We are looking for a flatmate who is also working professional, female preferred. To pass the reference check and pay rent monthly, we hope you are with an annual salary of~£40k. We would love to foster a chill and respectful atmosphere in the flat, maintaining the flat's hygiene and being considerate to each other! We would also love to make friends with fellow flatmates, hang out, play PS5/Switch together, but also respect your privacy and space.
