I'm Oscar, current flatmate here! Myself and my flatmate Natalie are looking for a third person to join us in our friendly, modern & spacious flat in Stratford! 😊

The room is a double ensuite, and is fairly reasonably priced for the area and newness of the flat!

❗️ ❗️ The move in date for this flat is JULY 1ST 2024 (quick turnaround I know) but just thought I'd state that early on haha ❗️❗️

The room comes with a built in wardrobe that features a mirror on the front. Everything apart from the desk is included with the room.

Full Room Details:

Rent: £1033 pcm

Deposit: £847 (paid directly to outgoing tenant, name then changed in DPS)

Bills: Around about £100-£115 a month (varies on usage of water, heating etc etc)

Move In Date: 01 July 2024

As for the rest of the flat/shared living area, the kitchen/living area is a large open space, the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine as well!

We even have a really nice balcony which is great during Summer! ☀️

And then the other crazy benefit to living here is the onsite Gym, which is included in our rent! 😲 Bit of a luxury in London so definitely a benefit if you go often! (i've not used it nearly enough hahah)

Finally, a bit about us!

I work in the creative/social media industry, I'm very easy going and up for a chat but also quite like my quiet time in my room either chilling, playing a game or using my recently-acquired record player (shout out to any indie music fans).

I work hybrid so I'm sometimes working here during the day, but also spend a bit of time out the flat at my girlfriend's flat (she has her own place, lucky for some eh) but yeah, honestly just after likeminded people who are clean, not disruptive and respectful 👍

Natalie: I work as a Spanish teacher so I'm always out of the house for work (except during my many holidays!) I love to be able to relax at home and love a good chat or tv binge session but often like a bit of alone time (especially if lots of teenagers have shouted at me that day haha).
