Hey! I’m moving to the US to get my MBA soon so looking for a person to come replace me in this super flat

I’d love for an easy going person to come stay with my amazing flatmates. You’ll have complete privacy and a very welcoming vibe if you want to hang out - we chill together at home, go for runs, play sports, and explore all the beautiful things London has to offer.

A bit about who you’ll be living with - two sociable and easy going guys, who prioritise health, experiences, and ambition. One of them is pursuing a masters in economics, prior to which he worked in Venture capital in Brazil; the other works as a sustainability consultant and is a Cape Town native :)

The apartment is fully furnished so you only need to come here with your clothes :)

The house is some 3-5 mins walk from the Stratford station/Westfields/Olympic park. The place is located at an extremely safe and convenient location.

The first bedroom in the video will be yours. The room comes with an ensuite bathroom, a bed with mattress, a table, chair, two side tables, a large closet and a big cupboard.

Money stuff below:

Contract charges - £50 one time

There is also a moving charge of £400 for all appliances - you’ll own the TV, coffee maker, study table in the room, and the air fryer; and the rest you can share with the housemates

Dedicated parking is an additional £100/month - optional

There’s a nice gym in the complex for a one time £30 fee - optional

Bills (wifi, water, electricity, heating, insurance, council tax) add up to roughly £113.46 each month per person

There will be a referencing process by the company letting the place out - they would require you / your guarantor either earn above £34,164 per year or pay 6 months in advance.
