We are looking for a professional to share a modern 3-bedroom flat, located in Stratford east village. You are going to have cozy double room that comes with a comfortable double bed and a closet. The bathroom will be shared with just one other flatmate.

Also, our development has the 24-hour reception and our flat is 5 mins away from Westfield and Stratford station with fantastic transport connection. There are big bus terminal, train station and multiple tube lines making getting around the city easy with the Elizabeth line taking you to the city centre in 14 minutes. You can easily reach Canary Wharf or the City of London in less than 15 minutes!

Currently, our flat is home to two friendly female professionals from South Korea and Taiwan, working in finance and consultancy, aged between 25 and 35. We're a sociable, but we also value personal space and respect each other's boundaries. We're hoping to find a like-minded professional aged between 25-35, who's as easy-going and tidy as we are. If you're someone who enjoys a balance of companionship and tranquility, you'll fit right in.

The monthly rent (excluding bills) stands at £920 and deposit is £1096.15. Notice period is 2 months.
