THE HOUSE
Super cute flat share with 2 professional females. The flat covers the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor, and your room would be on the 3rd floor next to another bedroom. It is furnished with a bed, mattress and wardrobe. We have a North-facing balcony at the back which is great in summer, plus 1 shared bathroom with a shower & bath.

THE HOUSEMATES
We're two lovely liberal professionals in our late 20s. One of us is a civil servant working on the sustainable development goals and one is a graphic designer. We're both friendly, easy-going and enjoy hanging out together when we can, but tend to be fairly busy during the week.

IDEAL FLATMATE
We'd love to find someone we get along with and fits into the chill, cosy flat vibe. Our ideal flatmate would be relaxed, tidy and open-minded.

THE AREA
It's about a 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland (for easy access to the Overground > Victoria line), and about 10 minutes from Stoke Newington Church Street! Although near a main road, the flat itself is on a residential road and really quiet.

THE £££
The flat is an absolute steal for the area. Bills aren't included but come to another £150-£200 a month, Council Tax band D. The deposit will be transferred from the housemate who is moving out.
