Spacious double room for rent

Hello hello!
We have a room available in sunny Stepney Green from July 21st! The flat is light, airy, and has two (!) balconies.
The room is super spacious and comes furnished with a desk, sofa, double bed, and storage/bookshelf plus plenty of windows which face a communal garden, making the views lush but the noise levels minimal.

The location is walking distance to whitechapel station, stepney green station, shadwell overground, and limehouse DLR, plus plenty of buses direct to central 2 mins walk from the flat.

You’ll be sharing with two ladies in their 20s working in sustainability/creative industries. The flat is social and welcoming - as always, love a chat and a glass of wine, equally happy to respect downtime where needed. We’re looking for someone 20-30, like-minded, welcoming, queer friendly, no couples (apols) and also no pets (apols again).
Rent monthly is £917 not including bills (roughly £100 monthly). Deposit is £923.08. Property is council tax band B.
