Double room available from September in Lisson Grove!

We have one room available in our flat in Lisson Grove starting in September. We’re looking for someone friendly to be our new flatmate!
The room:
It’s a specious bright room with a small double bed, a desk, cupboard and set of drawers.
The flat:
3 bedroom flat in Lisson Grove with one bathroom and a shared living room. The flat is fully furnished.
The area is very nice, quiet and feels very safe! Regent’s park is a 10 minute walk away, close to Little Venice and the canals for walks/runs.
For transport, it’s a 15 minute walk to Edgware Road station and Paddington.
Rent is 1040pcm. This is a 12 month contract starting from early September.
Bills come up to under £80 pm/pp.
The flatmates:
Jane: 27 year old software developer who loves writing, reading (at a rate that cannot keep up with my book shopping), exploring new bars/restaurants and going on as many cinema trips as I can fit in!
Eli: 25 year old working as a software engineer. In my free time I like to play tennis, run, read, and go for walks :)
