We are looking for a flatmate to join us, preferably a student or young professional girl in their early to mid 20’s. We are two girls from the south of Europe’s ( Greece & Portugal) in our early twenties who have graduated uni, proceeding into young professional roles, in London. We are social, tidy respectful and relaxed, and we’d love for a like minded person to join us. Some of our interests include, arts & fashion, traveling, , outdoor activities & sports, going & out socialising, cooking, attending festivals & music venues among others.
The property which we are currently occupying is located in Spitalfields (zone 1/2) 5 minutes walk from white chapel station, 10 minute walk from Liverpool St. Station, 13 minute walk from Aldgate East station, 15-20 minute walk from Shoreditch High St. Station.
The property is renovated, fully furnished while dors & windows are fully glazed. The house is part of a privet close, and we are renting via an established agency, which doesn’t require us for a guarantor. Bills are not included, and the house is listed within the Council Tax Band Type E. The house has three rooms, and communal spaces include the bathroom, the hallways, the living room, the kitchen & the garden.
